We stayed here mainly because we wanted plenty of pool time, and overall it worked out really well for us. The main pool was clean, and the water slides were a big hit with my kids, they didn’t want to leave. The only downside was that if we came down a bit later, it was hard to find a sunbed, and the music by the pool was a little louder than I personally like. Still, we had a really nice stay and I’d give it 4 stars.

I’m telling you, this place is 100% a gem. The whole area felt so calm and green, like instantly relaxing the second you get there. Walking near the golf area was gorgeous, the views were just perfect. It’s definitely the kind of place where you can slow down, enjoy the scenery, and feel completely at ease

I was surprised by how many tee times were available when I checked. It made booking a round really easy, which was a nice change.

I reached out to customer service with a booking question, and they got back to me quickly. The person I spoke with was friendly and helpful, but I was expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer from the start. It took one extra message to fully sort things out, but overall it was still a good experience

I really liked the layout overall, though I’ll admit I might’ve thought it would be a little easier than it was. The front nine felt enjoyable, but the back nine got tricky fast and had me second-guessing a lot of shots. Still a fun round, just tougher than I expected.

The rooms were really clean and it made the stay feel so much better, housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy and I really appreciated coming back to a room that felt taken care of.

Booking was easy overall. I did have to refresh the page once, which was a little annoying, but the confirmation email came through quickly. i kind of regret putting it off because the whole process was smoother than I expected.

We had our wedding weekend at Crystal Golf Resort and overall it was great. The staff was easy to work with, the food was good, and the grounds looked really in our photos. There were a couple of small delays that were a little annoying in the moment, but nothing that ruined the day. Our guests seemed happy, which was a huge relief. So yeah, I’d definitely recommend it, even if a few things weren’t totally perfect...

That said, a few little things kept bugging me, the service was a bit slow, then slow again at breakfast, and somehow slow again when we needed help later. Nothing major, just the same kind of small annoyances popping up over and over. Still, for what we paid, I can’t complain too much.

I came in for a round and the golf staff were genuinely friendly right from the start. The pro shop helped me with a couple of things I’d forgotten, and they weren’t pushy about it at all, which I appreciated. Check-in was quick too, and they gave me some useful tips about the course. Overall it was an easy, pleasant visit. I’d probably come back, although I’m still not totally sure the overall quality matches the price.

I booked through crystalgolfresort.com and, the pricing was clear for the most part. Like, the room rate, taxes, and resort fee were all shown before I paid, so there wasn’t any big “wait, what is this?” moment at the end.

I did have to kind of look twice, though, because there were a couple extra charges, like the golf cart fee and a service fee. They were there before checkout, so it wasn’t like they were hidden or anything, but, you know, they’re the kind of thing you could easily miss if you’re clicking through too fast.

Overall, the billing felt fair, and my card was charged the same amount I saw at checkout. I’d use the site again, for sure, but I’d just say take a minute and read the final total page carefully before paying

The parking situation was really frustrating. It was messy, far from where I needed to be, and definitely not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. I felt like I wasted so much energy just trying to get from the car to the building, which made the whole visit more stressful than it needed to be.

I had a nice time at the spa overall. The massage was super relaxing, and the staff were genuinely kind, which goes a long way. The sauna area was clean and well kept too, and it’s always appreciated when places take care of the basics for everyone’s comfort. The only downside was that I had to wait a little longer than expected, but aside from that, it was a good experience...

Overall, the place looked well kept. The grounds were clean, the landscaping was tidy, and I noticed the walkways were mostly clear and easy to get around. There were a few small spots along the paths that could use some repairs, but nothing that really took away from the overall good impression

We ate at the restaurant during our stay, the food was great. The grilled chicken tasted fresh and was cooked nicely, and my partner was basically in pasta heaven, so no complaints there.

The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the service was a bit slow, like we had time to contemplate life between check-ins, and one side dish came out lukewarm. Still, the flavors were good, and I’d definitely eat there again.

I liked the bar overall. The place had a nice vibe, and I thought the cocktails were really good. Service was a little slow when I was there, but i’d still go back for the drinks.

Played here recently and the course was in good shape overall. The greens were nice and rolled well, which I always appreciate. There were a couple rough patches around the fairways here and there, nothing too crazy, but you’d notice them. Still had a good round though, and the greens stood out more than anything
